Better no: If you can, naproxen sodium would counteract the antihypertensive effects of carvedilol, it would increase sodium and cause fluid retention may cause rise in blood pressure. Also don't take Tums (calcium carbonate) with naproxen, space them 2 hours apart, tums (calcium carbonate) would destroy the enteric coat of naproxen. Lastly, carvedilol can potentially cause airway narrowing, antagonizing Advair, usually doesn't happen, best wishes
