Is it ok to take prilosec and tums (calcium carbonate) at the same time? i accidentally did this. should i be worried?

No problem: These 2 meds can be taken together. If you are taking Tums (calcium carbonate) as a sourse of calcium, the Prilosec will interfere with the absorption of calcium whether or not the meds are taken at the same time. Try calcium citrate instead (citracal).
