Im on celexa, (citalopram) I have been on it for almost 25 days. One of the side affects is insomnia. I got trazadone, but im still not sleeping as as I used to. What are more ways to sleep well? Help!

I am taking 10mg of citalopram for 3 months, and have 50mg of trazadone id like to try tonight. Would this be safe? i have terrible insomnia and would like to perhaps switch from citalipram to trazadone if possible. I also take lunesta 3mg for 9 months.
I am on celexa for anxiety, wellbutrin (bupropion) for energy and desyrel for insomnia. I have increased sweating anything i can take to combat it?
