Medication effects: Using Celexa (citalopram) with Trazodone can increase the risk of a rare but serious Serotonin Syndrome- confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure; and increased risk of rare irregular heart rhythm that may be serious and potentially life-threatening. See your Psychiatrist to discuss medication interaction, benefits and side effects; or go to ER for Diagnosis and Treatment.
