See your doctor: 150 mg a day is a low dose of bupropion (assuming it is extended release) and not sure how long you have been on it. Tremor can be a side effect, often dose related, and it may get better over time with continued use of the drug. But if you have been on buproprion a while I would talk with your prescribing physician about treatment for the tremor or alternative treatment for your mood disorder.
