Yes: The hand tremors may be due to the wellbutrin, (bupropion) you may want to talk to your doctor a out having the dose or potentially changing your medications! i would discuss it with your doctor before discontinuing to determine if there are additional considerations that may stopping more of an issue. Stay safe!

It can: Talk to your psychiatrist about whether to see a neurologist, treat the tremor and/or switch antidepressants.
