Wellbutrin (bupropion) jitters : Yes, when a person starts out on wellbutrin (bupropion) it is not unusual to develop some tremulousness or shakiness. Give it some time and the symptom will likely die down. Not to worry. Best wishes.

Possibly: This is not one of the common side effects of this medication. However, your chemistry is unique and it could be a side effect. This medication can produce seizures. Contact your prescriber and discuss this with him/her.

This is a common: Side efect with wellbutrin (bupropion). You may feel anxious ; have nausea initially as well. Here is an important question- are you drinking caffienated beverages? If so, that will markedly increase this type of side effect from wellbutrin (bupropion). I taper down my heavy coffee drinkers before even starting wellbutrin (bupropion). In the absence of caffiene issues, it will usually dissipate over days to several weeks.
