Hello. i took tramadol for a headache and like an hour or so later i took nonaispirin. it's been almost 8 hours now. will i overdose? i feel weird

Not recommended: Not sure if you're asking permission to take another tramadol, but tramadol is neither a typical treatment for the common headache nor for more severe headaches like migraines. Tramadol's a more complicated drug than many - it's got a number of mechanisms, including affecting serotonin, and it can be messy and difficult to control. If the tramadol was your choice, I'd urge you to stick with others

Is tramadol supposed to make you feel extremely disoriented and weird 8 hours after you took it? Also can it give you a headache? I got both.
Could I still be feeling dizzy / disoriented / headache from tramadol 24 hours after taking it? It won't go away. Immediate release form, 50mg.
