Could i still be feeling dizzy / disoriented / headache from tramadol 24 hours after taking it? it won't go away. immediate release form, 50mg.

No: The tramadol should be gone from your system after 24 hours - so it's more likely the underlying problem that you took the tramadol for that is causing any continued symptoms. if you took this or other opiates regularly and then stopped, it's possible for withdrawal symptoms to begin within 24 hours.
