Change your routine: One way to lose weight again is to change your exercise routine. For example, if you only do one type of exercise, try to : alternative with a different exercise: i.e. walk/bike or change the pace of your aerobic exercise from slow to fast to slow again and repeat. Best is to add weights to your regimen. The more muscle mass one has, the more calories one burns
