Calories count: I feel the best way is to have one visit with the dietician at your local hospital. You will be told your ideal weight, how many daily calories you should take in to lose fat and achieve your goal. Your eating habits will be critiqued and you'll be given sample diets. Regular exercise is helpful if you're able for it. You have to eliminate 500 calories a day for a week to lose 1 pound.
