Answer: Could be a urine infection or prostate infection. Frequent urination implies bladder irritability. If he is pushing hard to get the urine stream out or dribbling urine against his will, this points more towards a prostate infection. But would strongly suggest evaluation by a physician.

Possible UTI: He needs to see a Dr for exam and lab work. It's important to treat to avoid spreading it. It may be very simple now - but don't let him put it off. Best!
