Not a disease: Do you have eggs at dinner? In any case it is not a health issue. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex.
Get HPV vaccine.

Concentration: Morning urine tends to be very concentrated due to lack of fluid consumption for the preceding 8-12 hours. Anything dissolved in the urine will be more pungent when the urine is concentrated.

Sulfur: That would be sulfur. Be sure you are fully hydrated and see if it disappears. Your urine should be clear or lightly transluscent yellow, when properly hydrated. If this does not clear up in 3-5 days , see your MD. Or, better yet, make appt. for tomorrow. Good Luck.

Also, you may be spilling ketones in your urine. Ketonurea is a sign of decreased glucose availability and your body is metabolizing fatty acids. Common in starvation. Are you limiting food intake ?
