I'm changing to a new brand of bc pill at the end of the pill pack. should i be worried about whether the effectiveness of my bc will change?/should we use another for of protection for a while?

Changing BC Brands: As long as a patient completes one BC pack and starts the next pack without skipping a day, then the failure rate of the birth control will not increase. Of course you can always use additional birth control like condoms whenever you want to reduce the chances of pregnancy below the standard rate of BC pills.
