No: A Cesarian in not likely to cause PID 14 weeks later. Days to 1 to 2 weeks after a Cesarian delivery, an infection can develop in the uterine incision, the endometrial- myometrial tissues (endomyometritis) ...the surrounding organs, Falopian tubes, ovaries parametria....not 14 weeks later. Would be valuable to seek a Gyn reevaluation to determine the cause and get a treatment of your symptoms.
