See a specialist: If you have not seen a gynecologist you should consider it - you did not say when the pid occurred or if it was fully treated. If you are concerned you might consider seeing a gynecologist for a second opinion although any well trained family doctor should be able to diagnose, treat and followup with pid.

Not from this info: Proper assessment of the situation would require a review of all testing and a complete physical exam. More testing might be needed. Your doc or docs may not know why this is happening. If you cannot communicate with them, find a gynecologist you can communicate with.
