Emergency!: Abdominal pain associated with bloody vomiting is an emergency that requires a visit to an emergency room asap. This may be due to an ulcer but the cause of the bleeding can only be determined by testing done in a hospital.

Stomach Pain: See a physician as soon as possible. Symptoms are consistent with ulcer or gastritis. Injury to the stomach or small intestine(duodenum) is more common with use of anti-inflammatory drugs(ibuprofen) and aspirin. Do not ignore these symptoms.
