Fibromyalgia has two: Major two major subsets: fatigue and widespread musculoskeletal pain. But majority of the time patient will have overlap symptoms. Other symptoms will be cognitive disturbance, headache, psychiatric issue, etc. Neuropathy is not a common reported issues. In addition location of your neuropathy is also important. But unlikely it is related to your fibro.

Investigate this: Numbness is not a feature of fibromyalgia, and many patients that I have seen with this label have a very different diagnosis. Would behoove you to see your doctor, and get this evaluated fully.
