Neurologist: 40's female with "face numbness" and Fibromyalgia (FM) might be describing aching of unilateral Temporal Mandibular Joint Disorder (TMD), which is often associated with FM. If the facial symptom is true anesthesia, then a neurological disorder like Bell's or other palsy is a consideration, and a neurology evaluation is in order.
