Yes: Fibromyalgia syndrome is often associated with numbness and tingling of the hands/ fingers. Check with your doctor to exclude carpal tunnel syndrome. If the symptoms are severe, drugs such as Lyrica (pregabalin) or Cymbalta may provide substantial relief.
