Stress reduction and: Since stress seems to be causing this the best thing might be reduce stress: exercise, meditation, counseling, enough sleep, B complex with the L-5-MTHF form of folate, (folic acid) Magnesium taurate 300-600 mg/day, Ashwgandha, Tulsi tea, healthy diet, These measures should lower BP too. If BP remains too high then see a Dr. (ideally integrative) for meds; beta blockers may be esp. helpful if stress-related.
