I've been on synthroid (thyroxine) 175 for 4 years, changed to armour 3 months ago. last levels were t4 free 0.7 and tsh 4.35. time to see an endocrinologist?

Lab normals: vary, so we cannot say if those are normal or not. Any thyroid medication needs adjustments periodically, especially when starting a new one. Those number seem to be ok. If you feel ok, then not a lot of reasons to see another dr.
