Possibly BUT: both of these creatinine results are well within the normal level There is some variability of these results based on hydration and other factors that effect kidney blood flow. The milder effects of lithium on the kidney are the most common. It is common for it to make people pee more. This may lower their hydration and make the kidneys look a bit off. It can also damage the kidney this is rare.
