Perfectly normal: Your question could be used to teach medical students about normal body temperature. 98.6 is not the only normal temperature, just the average. Everybody's temperature varies like yours, typically lower in the morning and 1-2 degrees higher later in the day. A range of 97 to about 99.5 is just fine. You don't have a fever.
