Will mylanta affect my coreg (carvedilol) if i take them close to the same time?

Mylanta and Coreg (carvedilol): 67 year old lady with question about how to take her Coreg with Mylanta. This is an excellent question. Mylanta is calcium carbonate, when ingested simultaneously with carvedilol, it will block the absorption of carvedilol and lower levels.
