I get frequent PACs with raise in HR (exercise/sex). BP normal. Resting HR in 60's. Echo/EKG clear. Holter/30 day monitor show NSR w/ skipped beats. Some sinus tachycardia. No PACs before last year. Frequency gets worse as HR increases. Ideas?
Had an EKG done and results were : Sinus Tachycardia- Biatrial enlargement- Rightward axis- Pulmonary Disease Pattern- Nonspecific ST abnormality. What does that mean?? Im a 22 year old female, have a stress test scheduled for next month also?

What do these ekg impressions mean Sinus tachycardia, incomplete right bundle branch block, Left anterior fascicular block, lateral myocardial infarction , age undetermined, T wave inversion now evident in Lateral leads?
In my ECG results reflects Sinus Tachycardia; incomplete right bundle branch block. Is it something I should concern seriously about?
