Dental problem: Go to dentist for dental cleaning to remove all traces of plaque and tartar. Then start brushing at least twice a day. An electric toothbrush may help you brush. Flossing daily is a must. You may need an antiseptic mouth rinse, if recommended by your dentist. Gingivitis usually clears up after a thorough professional cleaning — as long as you continue to follow a program of good home care.
