If you have not: taken him to cardiothoracic surgeon, please do so after consulting with his pediatric cardiologist. Your son will also need a pulmonology evaluation for lung disease, as one of the main causes for enlarged right atrium or ventricle is pulmonary hypertension from cystic fibrosis/ intrinsic lung disease.
