Although BP, pulse, appetite are stated as "fine", disorders of several organ systems can be responsible: neurologic, heart (eg. arrythmias), infections, and more. Be aware children have limited communication skills; clues to severity or worsening of condition may be missed. See your son's doctor now for proper assessment & treatment.
