Monitor her closely: Many people might feel washed out after a 7 hr bus trip, esp if for the 1st time. Sometimes they fail to drink the proper amt of fluids during the trip and become dehydrated. However, should she continue to feel this way after the next day,you might want to bring her to your doc for eval.
