Anticentromere Ab: If you have positive ANA and positive anti-centromere antibodies, that is suggestive of either limited cutaneous scleroderma or CREST syndrome. The elevated iron may be from a different cause. Please refer to a rheumatologist or immunologist for further evaluation.
