Eval SI joint: Often there are several causes of pain. If the RFA was done correctly, the pain should be gone for 6-12 months. Are you using adjuvants like the gabapentinoids? Common back pain can also be caused by sacro,iliac joints and lumbar muscles. I do,assume you had a good work up,with imaging and EMG........to determine pain generator.
