Epididymitis: is my first thought: an infection or inflammation of the epididymis, the coiled tube on the back of the testicle. Typically a bacterial infection travels retrograde from the urethra, prostate or vas deferens into the epididymis. It can be sexually transmitted or contamination from the rectum/GI tract. The diagnosis is often a clinical one and antibiotics will be prescribed. See your Doctor.

Need to see Doctor: This can be caused by several different problems. You need to see your Primary care first and then might have to have some other tests.

Burning: This can be urinary tract infection or a kidney stone. The latter is more likely since blood in the urine is fairly common with it. I would get it checked as soon as possible.
