UTI? Liver disease?: Two main kinds of problem: First, a probable urinary tract infection (UTI) which probably needs antibiotic treatment. prescription. Second, "large" bilirubin suggests liver disease, possibly serious. Ketones usually are not importat, typically a sign of not eating much in the past day or two. Discuss with your doctor soon.
