Why was test done?: The answer depends on why was the test done, blood on a urine test can have multiple causes, cancer of the bladder or kidney is unlikely. You may have had some mild vaginal bleeding from the hysterectomy. When you gave a urine sample, you did not clean the area well and/or collected the urine too early. Please follow with the doctor who ordered the test.
