Nondiagnostic: Despite the elevated ANA your varied symptoms are nondiagnostic although a connective tissue or autoimmune disease is suspected. Perhaps a screen for toxic substances including metals, mercury levels etc should be done. I recommend that you consult a rheumatologist who will take a thorough history, perform a physical examination and order an appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis.
