These results mean you had infection with Epstein Barr virus within last 3 months but more than 4 weeks before the blood test. These positive antibody tests do not explain your symptoms since March because IgM VCA should be negative by now if EBV infection occurred 5 months ago. Do you have any underlying disease and have you had swollen glands in March?
