No: Alcohol does not change the effectiveness of the "morning after pill". There is still a chance that the treatment did not work, even without drinking alcohol, so make sure to do a pregnancy test if your period is delayed.

Per Drugs.Com: drug interaction checker there may be minimal but clinically insignificant interactions between levonorgestrel & ethanol. So, this should not present a problem.
