Back mice?: Some people get nodules under the skin that feel firm, roll around under the finger, and sometimes hurt. Is that what you are calling 'back mice'. Back mice are not a cause of back pain. Get checked out by a doc to make sure it's nothing serious, and if not, get active again. The worst response to pain is lie around and get disabled. If its a problem, treat it. If not, get active.
