Iron: Double check her results. Is that her iron level or hemoglobin level or transferrin level? The actual iron level is generally expressed as a percentage or mcg/dl or mmol/L. A single value from a CBC isn't as helpful - taken as a complete panel (MCV etc) more inferences can be made. Ask your pediatrician to go over the results of the blood work with you so that you may better understand.
