After: The lymph nodes enlarge about a week after the onset of infection. It does not happen to every body that gets the infection. Most EBV infections are clinically silent, or symptomless.

I had Mono at 19. Since then I've had a string of swollen, hard lymph nodes under my right arm. Twice in my life the largest one (.5cm) would swell, get a little red and tender for a few weeks, then calm again. I'm 58 now. Should I be concerned?
