I had mono at 19. since then i've had a string of swollen, hard lymph nodes under my right arm. twice in my life the largest one (.5cm) would swell, get a little red and tender for a few weeks, then calm again. i'm 58 now. should i be concerned?

Have you discussed your concern with your PCP. What are the circumstances in which the lymph nodes swell. Have you noticed swollen lymph nodes elsewhere on your body. Are the nodes freely movable. Please, discuss all of your concerns with your PCP.
