Lymph nodes: All can swell including those areas you mentioned. After three weeks I would suggest another exam

Indeed!: This is a very common finding with mono. Also the spleen can be effected, & must be protected until back to normal size without tenderness. A ruptured spleen is a surgical emergency asuntreated can lead to death.
