Food sensitivity?: That's one possibility. Consider getting a food sensitivity lab test. Great Plains Laboratory in Kansas US has a good one done w/dried blood spot. Probiotics may be helpful. Doctor Ohira is a good brand. Stick w/your docs. Peace and good health.
