Symptoms?: When you hit your head did you have any mental status changes - nausea/vomiting/prolonged headache? Concussion is head injury with neurological changes. It is recommended to try to avoid other head injuries when in recovery from one. If you did not have any changes it's probably not caused a concussion.

Hello! About a week ago, I got badly hit on the head when I was at a bar. I haven't lost consciousness or memory, I haven't felt any typical concussion symptoms, only a very slight pain now and then and a tenderness on one side of my scalp.
