A member asked:

On a recent blood test my protein came back low what are ways that i can raise it? and what does this affect?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Find cause: Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either side. If the low protein is way-low or persists, your physician will look for an explanation. Nothing you can eat or do wil affect it.
