Could be med related: A 6 yo acting out at school, taking zyrtec in morning and benadryl (diphenhydramine) in evening. Changes in behavior like acting out in school could be due to the child being overtired. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) does cause sleepiness and some will feel the effect of benadryl (diphenhydramine) the next morning. In addition, zyrtec makes some people feel sleepy. I would sop these meds and see her pediatrician to evaluate the need for meds like these
