is it possible to take zyrtec in the morning and benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night for my allergies?

Yes: As long as you tolerate the medicines and do not experience drowsiness that is ok. Otherwise ask you doctor for a prescription nasal spray to take with zyrtec.
