Growth at 27y: Hi ! No ! Its not possible physiologoically. The growth that gives us height comes from the upper femoral epiphyses. They are sealed by age 18y. and there is no more growth. If you have a growth hormone pituitary tumor at age 18 and actively growing, you can continue to grow and become a pituitary giant but even those epiphyses are closed by age 20. No. Someone wearing high heels? Perhaps?
