Thigh pain: Hi ~ it sounds like pulled thigh muscle if you play sports. But if there is any swelling its probably better that you see a dr so he can examine you, to make sure this is not a blood clot, or a hernia, or to exclude that its radiating from the abdomen or urinary tract like renal stones thanks
