Go to family doctor: Your anxiety may be causing your pains, but you may also have other injuries, inflammatory conditions, bursitis, and so on. Your family physician is the best one to do an initial thorough history and physical exam, which should help in determining exactly what is going on, and then working up an effective treatment regimen.

Probably not related: The lower back pain and pain in right inner thigh may simply be muscle strain, but could also be neuropathic pain ("a pinched nerve causing skin sensations"). Regardless, they do not sound worrisome, but the only way to reassure you completely would be to have an exam in person.
